MaWI-Coach pilot course successfully completed

The MaWICoach pilot training has recently finished. 15 participants from Finland, Spain and Germany completed all the modules of the course and received their certificates. The newly acquired knowledge and competences of the training course empower the participants to act as a “Migration and Workplace Integration Coach” in their companies. To facilitate the workplace integration process of employees, the training participants are enabled to provide the necessary guidance and coaching of employers and migrant workers. Theoretical knowledge, background information and techniques have been imparted via distance learning. Apart from that, the theoretical knowledge has been applied by the participants in real-work experiences within their regular work. The participants had the opportunity to reflect their learning process with peer coaches in an international setting. The online evaluation questionnaire showed a great level of satisfaction of the participants with the training.
