MaWIC European Online Conference Successfully Completed

On 25 June 2020, the MaWIC consortium held its final project conference. Due to the Corona situation, the conference was held online.

Together with participants from six countries, we discussed how to best shape and facilitate successful workplace integration and the MaWIC partners presented the outcomes that the project developed in this context.

The programme included keynote speeches from theory and practice, a panel discussion with experts of workplace integration and workshops in which participants could actively discuss and work on selected aspects of the subject (the role of coaching, diversity management, intercultural communication and two country-specific workshops for Finland and Germany).
