What comes after the Employment Contract? Perspectives from Theory and Practice

What are the dimensions, issues and problems that influence workplace integration? How can we help migrants integrate better at and through the workplace? What support structures do employers need to make workplace integration a success?

The final MaWIC conference was held as an online event on 25 June 2020. Together with stakeholders from across Europe, we discussed the issues surrounding workplace integration of migrants. The project consortium presented the MaWIC solutions to facilitating workplace integration of employees. The conference participants had the opportunity to exchange experiences and opinions in various workshops.  

The conference was an extremely interesting and fruitful event. The European debate and exchange of experience was enriching for the project consortium as well as the conference participants. We would like to extend our gratitude and appreciation to all our guests and speakers who contributed their expertise and experience and made this a truly interactive learning experience!
